Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean a variety of surfaces (walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, etc.).
• Evaluates areas to be cleaned and determines appropriate pressure levels, temperature settings, and methods.
• Performs safety and preventive maintenance checks on power washing machinery and maintains logs and documentation.
