Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment and knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to evaluate areas to be cleaned and select appropriate pressure levels and methods.
• Willingness to perform maintenance checks and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents while working with high-pressure equipment.
• Maintain and inventory tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring logs are up to date.
• Coordinate with managers and coworkers to address work orders and communicate progress.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance and assist with snow and ice management when required.
