Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid, state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to work alternate shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Power washing/exterior maintenance industry experience (preferred).
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Spanish (preferred).
• State/local licensing where required (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as walls, sidewalks and parking areas.
• Evaluates areas to be cleaned and sets appropriate pressure levels, temperature, and methods.
• Performs safety checks, routine maintenance and logs for equipment and vehicles.
• Maintains inventory of tools and coordinates with teams and supervisors as needed.
• Supports seasonal exterior maintenance and other facility tasks as assigned.
