Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of retail locations. You will operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots and more, applying proper pressure levels and temperature controls.

The role requires 1–3 years of power washing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overnight or on weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in power washing/exterior maintenance.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment.
• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and determine suitable pressure levels and temperature settings.
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures.
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment.
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned.
