Milestone Bank seeks an experienced IT professional to join our Jack Henry implementation team as a core banking specialist. The role is hybrid, with collaboration alongside vendor consultants and our Project Manager to learn, configure, and document the build and data conversion processes.

Post go-live, you will be the bank's power user, administering user access, maintaining product configurations, and coordinating with lending, deposits, finance, and operations to translate needs into system

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.
• Expert-level experience configuring and administering the Jack Henry core banking platform (SilverLake, CIF 20/20).
• Prior experience supporting a core system conversion or implementation is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participate as embedded team member during implementation with vendor consultants and Project Manager.
• Learn and document system build including configuration decisions, workflows, and data conversion logic.
• Attend and engage in sessions, testing, and conversion validation to understand configuration rationale.
• Raise questions, gaps, or risks to Project Manager and vendor team promptly.
• Develop training materials and procedures to capture institutional knowledge.
