Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Systems Analyst to lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. You will collaborate across IT, Operations, and Compliance to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

The role requires experience with banking core systems, workflow automation, and API integrations, with a focus on regulatory alignment and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation and process improvement within banking/fintech.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical workflow designs and specs.
• Familiarity with core banking systems and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities
