Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in an electrical-related field
• Assist with electrical testing, inspection, commissioning
• Exposure to MCCs, circuit breakers, oil testing and infrared scanning preferred
• Willingness to learn electrical testing procedures and safety standards
• Ability to work safely around energized equipment
• Military electrical experience valued
• Minimum 2 years of field experience
• Capable of field testing under supervision
• Strong understanding of electrical safety practices
• Owns personal field safety (LOTO, arc-flash, shock hazards)
• Troubleshoot equipment and interpret test results
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• 5+ years of relevant experience; lead large testing projects
• Mentor Level I/II technicians
• Prepare final engineering and testing reports
• Senior technical resource for clients and staff

• Lead medium-complexity field projects and testing assignments
• Mentor Level I and II technicians
• Analyze complex electrical test data and determine corrective actions
• Perform advanced testing, troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Safely execute electrical power switching and field activities
• Communicate with clients and project teams
• Maintain safety, quality and accurate documentation
• Prepare/review detailed final engineering and testing reports
• Coordinate multiple crews and projects
• Provide technical leadership in the field
