Job summary

Hatteras Capital Advisors is seeking Power Systems Technicians at multiple experience levels to join our electrical testing and power systems team. The roles involve testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and evaluation of electrical power distribution and protection systems across commercial, industrial, utility, and critical infrastructure environments.

Ideal candidates will have background in Army Prime Power, Air Force Power Production, Navy EM/IC, or related military electrical

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an electrical-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience with applicable degree OR 10+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Lead medium-complexity field projects and testing assignments.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Level I and Level II technicians.
• Evaluate and interpret complex electrical test data.
• Safely execute electrical power switching and related field activities.
