Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform testing and maintenance on power distribution equipment for commercial and industrial clients. You will lead teams in the field, execute testing protocols, and ensure timely data collection and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant testing experience, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. Travel and on-call work are expected as part of a dynamic field operations team.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience operating a vehicle with a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, operating manuals and safety guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends; willingness to be on call.

Responsibilities

• Testing and calibrations on low, medium and high voltage equipment.
• Lead field teams and perform inspections, troubleshooting and data collection.
• Service and repair: inspections, diagnose issues, replace parts, recommissioning.
• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO; maintain reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and keep clear communication on issues and resolutions.
