Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of demand planners for forecasting across Power Systems product lines and regions.
• Own the end-to-end demand planning process for Power Systems product lines and regions.
• Develop and manage a rolling 24-month demand plan reflecting industrial and data centre‑driven demand.
• Establish governance and accountability for forecast ownership across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting KPIs including forecast accuracy and bias.
• Establish forecasting methodologies, standards, and governance to ensure high‑quality demand plans.
• Oversee the development of statistical baseline forecasts and integration of commercial, product, and market inputs.
