Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Senior Supply Planner to develop and maintain supply plans, align demand with production across multiple sites, and drive inventory optimization. You will partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement and Operations to ensure availability and service levels.

The role requires strong knowledge of SAP, MRP, forecasting, and BI tools such as Power BI, with cross-functional collaboration across Berlin, Beaver Dam, Allmand, and Enercon

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong supply chain foundations.
• 5+ years of supply planning or related experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and MRP processes in a multi-site setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans to support forecasts, inventory targets, and customer service objectives across facilities.
• Lead supply planning activities for product lines and locations, aligning demand with production capacity.
• Facilitate SIOP meetings and communicate supply risks, constraints, and mitigations to stakeholders.
• Translate demand forecasts into executable supply plans and coordinate with manufacturing, materials, procurement, and sales.
• Manage planning data within SAP to ensure accurate MRP execution.
• Analyze inventory, production schedules, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance to identify improvements.
• Coordinate planning across Berlin, Beaver Dam, Allmand, Enercon facilities and develop dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions and continuous improvements.
