Amazon.com Services LLC - A57 is seeking an experienced Power, Standards, and Hardware Development Manager in Westborough, MA. You will act as a technical authority for power systems, standardization, and hardware engineering within Amazon's global fulfillment center network.

Lead the design, distribution, and hardware development for material handling systems, focusing on safety, scalability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in power system design and power distribution.
• Experience with controls engineering and hardware development for complex material handling systems.
• Know-how in arc flash analysis, labeling, and NFPA 70E compliance.
• Ability to develop standards and roadmaps for long-term system evolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and optimize 3‑phase power systems for material handling.
• Specify MDBs, PDPs, and substations with proper sizing and protection.
• Perform load calculations, arc flash studies, and labeling programs.
• Lead hardware development including VFDs, sensors, and predictive maintenance systems.
• Develop and maintain OneMHS specifications and ensure NEC/NFPA compliance.
