Job summary

POWERX Co. in Pasco, WA, is hiring for a Field Service Technician – Development Program. This full-time role starts with five weeks of paid classroom and hands-on training covering safety, power fundamentals, schematics, protection, and relay testing before field deployment.

In the field you will support testing, commissioning, and service on customer sites nationwide, starting with guided tasks and advancing toward independent work and certifications, including NETA, with company support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 0–1 year of field testing or commissioning experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with electrical field testing, commissioning, and service activities.
• Execute test points and procedures; gain independence as experience and certifications grow.
