Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power systems, diesel engines, heavy equipment, or related field service operations.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, coaching and accountability.
• Strong technical knowledge of electric power generation (EPG) systems and diagnostics.
• Experience managing service operations, scheduling personnel, tools, parts, and workload priorities.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business/financial acumen, including profitability, metrics, and performance goals.
• Commitment to safety excellence and EHS risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all stakeholders on work scope, status, and changes.
• Oversee technician performance to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable job completion.
• Ensure resources (information, people, parts, tooling) are available to complete operations.
• Maintain profitable service operations by meeting dashboard expectations.
• Provide high customer satisfaction and align with company values.
• Collaborate with Field Service Manager and Sales Reps on growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Power Systems groups to communicate schedules and costs.
• Advise on technician coverage to support sales volumes.
• Foster engagement, collaboration, and safety to maintain productivity.
• Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Review onboarding and training for career development.
• Contribute to continuous safety culture improvements and enforce PPE usage.
