Qualus University is launching the Summer 2027 Engineering Boot Camp to train entry-level Power Systems Engineers. Engineers will join a structured development program, rotate across departments, and gain hands-on substation safety and protection experience.

Participants may receive a full-time offer with Qualus upon program completion. The role focuses on power system studies, coordination, arc flash, load flow, and protective settings, with extensive software training and site visits to build

Formación

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.
• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
• Knowledge of test equipment and tool/wiring usage.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies using SKM, ETAP, and/or EasyPower.
• Develop study reports and communicate results to customers.
• Develop relay protective setpoints and settings files.
• Create and update schematics and one-lines.
