Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of field leadership on utility-scale power plants.
• Experience leading gas turbine installations (frame or aeroderivative) with balance of plant.
• Direct experience managing contractors on heavy industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction for gas turbine power plants and balance of plant.
• Direct contractors, superintendents, and site staff; own daily plan.
• Manage craft and subcontract crews through foremen; set workload.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule; stop non-compliant work.
• Own the site safety program: LOTO, permits, hot work, NFPA 70E.
• Set quality hold points for welding, NDE, hydrotest, and equipment alignment.
• Sequence civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls installations to enable commissioning.
• Oversee OEM and EPC field presence, lifts, tie-ins, and outages.
• Plan tie-ins, outages and energizations around energized equipment.
• Verify installations and manage field changes and turnover documentation.
