Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova seeks a Power System Engineer to perform HV/EHV substation power system studies using industry-standard software. You will support project execution, coordinate with engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in power systems and knowledge of AC substations. You will work with PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, and DigSilent PowerFactory, and travel up to 10% including international assignments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with power systems focus.
• 2–3 years of experience in network or transient studies for conventional electric-energy generation / FACTS / renewables.

Aufgaben

• Perform in depth power system studies: load flow, short-circuit, transient and stability analyses.
• Support Senior Power System Engineers with design studies and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with industry standards and project timelines.
