Job summary

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, seeks a Product Support Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to support customers with parts and service solutions through PM contracts, promoting uptime and satisfaction.

You will develop quotes, track them through scheduling, coordinate with Parts and Customer Service teams, and promote dealer services to increase retention.

Qualifications

• Develop quotes from service inspections performed by technicians by reviewing inspection reports.
• Track quotes through Proceed from creation to scheduling and updates quote status
• Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure parts are ordered after customer approves the quote
• Maintains communication with the customer after sending the quote to ensure the customer understands the scope of work
• Works with CSR's for scheduling
• Works with PSR for quoting
• Promote dealer services as needed

Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Product Support Sales Representative at our Charlotte, NC and Charlotte, North Carolina location. This position will work to support Curtis Power Solutions Customers with parts and service solutions through PM contract services to promote customer uptime, increasing customer satisfaction.
