Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II to support planning and schedule management for our power sector projects. You will develop and monitor schedules, work with project teams, and produce progress reports to ensure on-time delivery across various sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction scheduling, strong knowledge of Primavera or MS Project, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines while maintaining accuracy and clarity in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling data presentation.
• Familiarity with cost and resource-loaded schedules.
• Certifications in scheduling (PMI-SP, PMP or related) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Controls Manager with monitoring high-energy projects and detailing progress.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for execution of work on small to medium projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress and provide written schedule progress summaries.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate status.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, resources, milestones and level of effort.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
