Job summary

HDR seeks a Project Controls Scheduler II to support construction scheduling activities in California. You will assist the Project Manager with monitoring schedules, develop and present data, and track progress for small to medium projects.

Required: 2+ years in scheduling, Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Primavera/MS Project; familiarity with cost control and MS Office; ability to thrive in an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in construction scheduling.
• Experience with Primavera, MS Project or similar scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling concepts, logic diagrams and resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring a project’s schedule and details.
• Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data for small to medium-size projects.
• Monitor and document construction progress; provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, resources, milestones and level of effort.
• Perform other duties as needed.
