Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction safety and OSHA requirements.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes.
• Ability to work with all levels from craft to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Certification as Safety Professional or EMT preferred.
• Access to construction sites in varied climates.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Project Safety Program and site policies.
• Monitor project activities for compliance with regs and client policies.
• Support creation of safe working conditions and corrective actions.
• Help track performance metrics and conduct safety audits.
• Participate in on-site training and safety coaching.
