Job summary

Siemens is launching the Power Protection & Automation Field Technician Development Program (PPA FTDP) in Wendell, NC. This full-time, one-year program trains associates to support testing and commissioning of protection and automation systems.

You will rotate through multiple regions across the United States, with hands-on factory and field experience, mentorship, and structured training under the Siemens Smart Infrastructure team.

Qualifications

Associate degree in electrical/tech field required.
Strong problem-solving and hands-on attitude.
Willingness to travel up to 40 weeks per year to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Support testing and commissioning of power protection and automation systems.
Perform field service rotations across the United States.
Document test results and communicate issues to engineering teams.
Adhere to safety and site requirements.
