Williams is seeking a Project Director to lead the development and execution of complex utility-scale power generation projects, including cogeneration, storage, and transmission interfaces. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and manage contracts from inception to commercial operation.

You will shape budgets, schedules, risk analyses, and ensure safe, compliant delivery while engaging stakeholders in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 7+ years in engineering, project controls, commercial development, operations, and/or project management in power generation/energy.
• Preferred: Master's degree in engineering or related field and 5+ years in engineering, project controls, commercial development, operations and/or project management in oil and gas.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact outcomes with precision and accountability.
• Lead utility-scale power generation projects from development through construction readiness, execution, commissioning, and commercial operation.
• Coordinate financial feasibility analyses, engineering and design, permitting, and financial negotiations.
• Oversee multi-year departmental budgets, forecasting, and cost/schedule controls.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements and oversee project documentation.
• Foster partnerships with contractors, utilities, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
