Job summary

Williams is seeking an Electrical Engineer III/Senior/Staff to lead design and optimization of electrical systems powering critical infrastructure, including pipelines, compressor stations, and storage facilities. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and the integration of automation, monitoring, and energy storage technologies.

The ideal candidate will hold an ABET-accredited degree, a PE license, and 8+ years of relevant engineering experience in natural gas or data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program; PE license may be required for senior staff.
• Eight years of engineering experience in natural gas, data centers, or related sectors; master’s degree preferred.
• Senior/Staff levels require PE license and relevant project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems for critical infrastructure.
• Integrate automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage technologies.
• Ensure arc flash mitigation and compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
