Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler II in Syracuse, NY. You’ll assist the Project Manager with monitoring a project’s schedule, develop and present schedules for small to medium-size projects, and track progress with attention to detail.

You should have 5+ years in construction scheduling, be able to interpret schedules, and be proficient with Primavera or MS Project. HDR values active participation in our employee-owned culture and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years in Construction Scheduling.
• Experience interpreting construction schedules and calendars.
• Familiarity with Primavera, MS Project or other scheduling software.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and cost control background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager or Controls Manager with monitoring project schedule.
• Develop, evaluate, and present schedules for small to medium projects.
• Monitor construction progress and provide written schedule progress reports.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.
• Demonstrate familiarity with schedule concepts, resources, milestones and level of effort.
