Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead multi-project power initiatives from Maitland/Orlando, FL. This role requires strategic oversight, executive-level communication, and deep experience managing complex design-build programs with public and private clients.

The position emphasizes delivering on budget, schedule, and quality while developing staff and ensuring governance across project management plans and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 15+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years delivering major power projects.
• Experience delivering major public infrastructure projects with large costs.
• Familiarity with major utility clients or similar agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager on mega power projects delivered via multiple delivery methods.
• Lead delivery of multiple connected power projects through design, construction and closeout.
• Manage the client’s commercial interests while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide independent review of project progress and schedule analysis.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plans including controls, design management, risk and safety.
