WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Project & Program Management to lead mega power project programs in Florida, overseeing design, construction, and closeout across multiple projects. You will guide teams and align them with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in program management for power projects, strong executive communication, and onsite work five days a week in Maitland/Orlando. WSP offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years delivering major power projects.
• Extensive Design-Build project delivery experience on major utility projects as a Program Manager.
• Experience delivering large public infrastructure projects with substantial construction costs.
• Advanced SME proficiency with power engineering principles and permitting/ project work.
• Strong executive-level written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to operate in the US.
• Must be onsite five days per week in Maitland/Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager on mega power projects delivered via multiple methods.
• Lead delivery across design, construction, and closeout phases.
• Manage client commercial interests while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Perform project progress reviews and schedule analyses.
• Develop and maintain project management plans including controls and risk.
• Foster relationships with clients, agencies, and sub-contractors.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff and project teams.
• Ensure profitability and adherence to contract terms.
