Job summary

AMERICAN SYSTEMS in the United States is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and guide enterprise Microsoft 365 implementations, aligning technical capabilities with operational needs to drive collaboration, automation, and secure, scalable service delivery.

The role requires 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 in large environments, deep Power Platform expertise, and strong knowledge of security and compliance tooling.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required (per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C)).
• Active Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS-102 or SC-300) required.
• Ability to pass federal background check and obtain Public Trust.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large corporate/government environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect M365-based solutions for enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, and scalable service delivery across the tenant.
• Serve as Power Platform Administrator, managing environments, licensing, governance, and platform health.
• Provide expert Power Platform development support across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Lead Power Platform security efforts, including access controls, DLP policies, connector governance, and secure deployments.
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams to align Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 security and data governance requirements.
• Support Microsoft Purview and related security/compliance capabilities within Microsoft 365.
• Assess Dataverse environment performance and suggest architectural improvements.
• Support troubleshooting of M365 incidents and user-facing issues.
• Contribute to SharePoint Online architecture and administration activities.
