Job summary

HeiTech Services in Washington, DC seeks a senior technical leader to architect, design, and deliver Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions within complex federal enterprise environments.

The role translates requirements into scalable architectures, guides governance and taxonomy, and provides technical leadership to developers and analysts across the solution lifecycle, including security and compliance considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, IT, or scientific field.
• MCP and/or MCT certification(s) as required.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Experience with design, development, and architecture of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, solution design, and technical planning for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Design and guide architecture for large and complex SharePoint and information-management solutions.
• Provide best-practices guidance for governance, taxonomy, workflows, and BI.
• Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate needs into effective Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Design, develop, and oversee solutions using Power Apps, SharePoint, workflows, and BI.
• Establish and maintain platform standards, documentation, and implementation practices.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services and recommend capabilities based on needs.
