Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 design, development, and architecture.
• Experience with SharePoint development and large information-management environments.
• Experience in architecture, governance, taxonomy, workflows, BI, documentation, and training for enterprise Microsoft solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, solution design, and technical planning for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Design and guide the architecture of large SharePoint and information-management solutions.
• Provide best-practices for topology, governance, taxonomy, workflows, and BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Oversee development using Power Apps, SharePoint, workflows, and related services.
• Establish platform standards, documentation, and implementation practices.
• Evaluate new Microsoft 365 services and recommend capabilities based on needs.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and review approaches.
