Innova Solutions in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Power Platform Developer for a 12‑month contract with extension. Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite/2 days remote.

You will lead automation initiatives, design and implement solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), SharePoint and Copilot, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions. You will also develop executive dashboards and insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Power Platform Developer

Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)

As a Power Platform Developer, you will:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and business insights to support strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing automation, workflow, reporting, business intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions and automation capabilities.
• Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, presentations, and business insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with business, technology, operations, risk, and control teams.

Pay Range and Benefits

• Pay Range*: Between $60 - $65 per hour
