Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Python Developer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will architect and build scalable back-end solutions using Python and Node.js, deliver RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Python (Django/Flask) and Node.js experience, DB knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis), cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GC), and solid DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python development, including Django and/or Flask.
• Proficiency in Node.js development.
• Understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience developing scalable server-side/back-end applications.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/Redis.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and Git/version control.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven testing and debugging skills.

Title: Python Developer

Position type: Full Time – Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 03 days onsite and 02 days remote)

As a Python Developer, You will:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable back-end solutions using Python and Node.js
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications

• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing development processes and tools
• Contribute to large-scale Software Engineering planning and deliverables

We do offer a referral bonus program for referrals that we successfully place with our clients, subject to program guidelines.

This position qualifies for a Referral Bonus amount of $250-$1000 dollars.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $50/hr to $55/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
