Job summary

Fragomen is seeking an Operations & Automation Specialist to join the Program Management Team in Phoenix. You will organize and run a portfolio of cross-office operations, starting manual and moving toward automation with Power Platform.

With 1–2 years of experience, you will automate trackers, alerts, and data flows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Lists, while documenting solutions for long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience with demonstrated Power Platform delivery.
• Proficiency: Power Automate, SharePoint Lists/Online, Power Apps, Excel/Power Query, Microsoft 365.
• Strong ability to translate operational pain into automated, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of cross-office operations and trackers.
• Automate operations with Power Automate; build Power Apps and dashboards; maintain governance.
