Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to drive enterprise automation initiatives. You will design, implement, and support automation solutions across Workato, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and other cloud services.

The role partners with IT, HR, operations, and finance to optimize processes and data quality. Qualifications include 3+ years with Power Platform, experience in Power Automate and Power Apps, and strong communication skills to engage stakeholders across the

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing automation solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience building Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications.
Experience with Workato or other iPaaS platforms for integrations.
Experience working with REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.
Build scalable automation using Workato, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
Integrate enterprise applications across platforms and ensure data quality.
Create reusable components, workflows, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT, operations, HR, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver automation value.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
