Job summary

Phoenix Group of Virginia, Inc. seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to create low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. You will balance automation with reliable day-to-day IT support, and maintain systems to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in engineering or CS with 10 years of system admin experience (or a Master’s with 7 years), plus 1+ year Power Platform development. US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an adjacent field + 10 years of system administration experience (hard requirement).
• Or, a Master’s degree + 7 years of system admin experience.
• 1+ years of Power Platform development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities.
• Quick in learning and adapting to new projects with minimal supervision.
• MUST be US Citizenship; DoD security clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Power Platform Development: Design, develop, test, document, and maintain scalable, high-quality web solutions and automations within Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Estimate assignments and projects based on scope and work effort.
• Adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with Developers and team stakeholders to build requirements for custom solutions.
