Job summary

Northpoint Commercial Finance is seeking a Business Transformation Lead to identify, design, and implement automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Automate. The role collaborates with business teams to convert manual processes into durable workflows, improving productivity and operational control.

The candidate will develop lightweight Power Platform apps, govern implementation, and integrate data from various sources.

Qualifications

6+ years in business transformation, process improvement, or related disciplines with hands-on Power Platform experience.
Experience delivering measurable operational efficiencies through technology-enabled solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience required.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power Automate flows and approvals.
Develop lightweight Power Platform apps and forms using Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and document changes to ensure ongoing automation reliability.
Apply governance, naming conventions, and security controls for Power Platform solutions.
Integrate data from diverse sources to provide unified business insights.
Stay current with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 trends to drive improvements.
Act as a mentor for colleagues adopting Power Platform and provide design guidance.
Create executive-ready presentations, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses to secure sponsorship.
