Job summary

Citizens Alliance Bank seeks an Automation Specialist I to plan and develop low-code workflows, applications, and data storage to enhance bank operations and service delivery. You will mentor colleagues, collaborate across departments, document automation processes, and ensure standards are followed while continuously improving workflows with Power Platform and related tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Continuing education to maintain job knowledge required.
• Preferred: Banking experience or IT/software/technical experience.
• Administrative experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain workflows using Power Platform or other low-code automation or RPA software.
• Participate in team projects in planning, scheduling, and work delivery.
• Generate departmental reports and basic database management as applicable.
• Work with other business units to ensure end-to-end solution meets requirements.
• Test workflows and implement changes to improve processes.
• Identify performance improvements and recommend enhancements.
• Support Bank employees with automation-related technical issues.
• Maintain and improve workflows by monitoring performance and conducting audits.
