Job summary

Morgan Business Consulting in Arlington, VA is seeking a Junior Power Platform Analyst to support the US Navy’s Civilian Intelligence Personnel System. The role involves creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, automations, and Excel tools to streamline HR operations across platforms.

Eligible candidates have a US university Bachelor’s degree and a Top Secret security clearance, with 3 years Power Platform experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a US university.
• 3 years' experience using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid card as required.
• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track HR operations across platforms.
• Maintain flows for Position Description classifications and tracking requests.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flow for HRLink reports.
• Support requests for Personnel Action Procedures.
• Verify documents are compliant with OCR regulations and processed in DCPDS systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboard to track HR operations across platforms.
• Develop various Excel tools to support RPA verification and tracking needs.
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide on-site support at MBC and client sites, and obtain required certifications and security clearances.
