Job summary

Morgan-Business-Consulting, LLC seeks a Junior Power Platform Analyst to support the US Navy’s Civilian Intelligence Personnel System from Arlington, VA. The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, automations in Power Automate, and data tools across HR operations.

The position requires a Top Secret clearance, US bachelor’s degree, and 3 years of Power Platform experience. Expect domestic and international travel, onsite client support, and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree from a US-accredited university
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on behalf of MBC
• Onsite/in-person support as required

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track HR operations across platforms
• Maintain Power Automate flows for HR-related reports
• Create and update Power Platform automations for position description classifications
• Support Personnel Action Procedures requests
• Verify documents for compliance and process in DCPDS systems
• Develop Excel tools to support RPA verification and tracking
• Travel to client sites and obtain necessary certifications and clearances
