Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and coordinate plant personnel in control room, coal handling, scrubber and related equipment operations and maintenance.
• Lead operating engineers and technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and economical plant operation.
• Ensure 12-hour rotating shifts (5 weeks on, 1 week off) with adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
