Ameren Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor I to oversee mechanical and electrical operations of power plant equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and economical operation. You will supervise control room staff, coal handling, and instrument controls, on a 12-hour rotating schedule with 5 weeks on/1 week off.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical bachelor’s degree preferred, and 2+ years of relevant plant experience (or 5+ without a degree).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Two or more years of power plant experience required with degree; five+ years without degree.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train, and coordinate plant personnel in operations and maintenance.
• Lead operators, technicians, and support staff across control rooms and coal handling.
• Ensure safe, reliable, legal, and efficient plant operation on rotating shifts.
