Kiewit is seeking a Quality Manager to join the Project Management Team. You will lead the quality program, enforce procedures, address nonconformances, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure project quality.

The role requires strong communication, technical writing, and the ability to travel as needed across North America. Excellent benefits accompany the competitive base compensation.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree plus two years of related construction experience.
• Clear communication of project quality status.
• Ability to research and explain detailed/technical matters to field personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint; quick learner of new tools.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain effective communications with management, project teams, and clients.
• Examine field conditions, identify problems, and take corrective action.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain knowledge of the Quality Management System and promote standardization.
• Manage Welding Procedure Specification logs for districts.
• Assist in conducting project quality audits and reports.
