Entergy is seeking a Plant Supervisor for the Arkansas Jones Mill area. This onsite role provides management and supervision of direct reports focused on the safe, reliable operation of power boilers, turbines, and related equipment to meet load dispatch requirements.

Responsibilities include HR management, enforcing safety standards, coordinating with corporate programs, and guiding continuous improvement in plant operations. Strong leadership and process knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Requires in-depth knowledge of power plant systems and unit operating practices.
• Proven supervisory leadership experience in plant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Performs HR management of direct reports and ensures compliance with policies.
• Aligns employee actions with company objectives and promotes learning and development.
• Provides direct management to Entergy safety processes and safety standards.
• Ensures compliance with corporate safety standards for personnel protection.
• Ensures safe isolation/lock-out and restoration of site equipment.
• Monitors boilers, turbines/generators, and auxiliary equipment for safe operation.
• Supports core Entergy processes and initiatives (OE, safety, compliance, ERP, etc.).
• Assumes project management roles in designated situations.
