Entergy Arkansas, LLC in Arkansas is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily plant operations at the Jones Mill site. You will oversee direct reports, ensure safe, reliable operation of boilers, turbines, and auxiliaries, and align with load dispatch requirements of the Energy Management Organization.

The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement through leadership, training, and adherence to NERC standards. Travel up to 25% and onsite work.

Competenze

• Minimum Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum Experience: At least three (3) years of Plant Operations/Power Boiler Experience and demonstrated supervisory leadership qualities
• Desired: 8-10 years of Plant Operations/Power Boiler Experience
• 3-5 years of this period as a Control Board Operator
• Must have in-depth knowledge of power plant systems and operating practices

• Provides direct management to the Entergy Safety Process
• Ensures compliance with Corporate Safety standards and approved practices
• Ensures safe isolation/lock-out and restoration of site equipment
• Monitors boiler, turbine/generator and auxiliary equipment for safe operation
• Supports Entergy's core processes and initiatives including safety, reliability and compliance
• Assumes a project management role in designated situations
