Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Control Room Operator (CRO) or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens combustion turbines and HRSGs.
• Familiarity with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead operations personnel during shifts.
• Manage operations of an 800 MW combined cycle facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee training and development of operations personnel.

Skills

Combined cycle plant operations knowledge

Siemens T3000 DCS knowledge

LOTO and energy control procedures understanding

Supervisory and leadership skills

Operational decision-making under pressure

Proficiency in CMMS (Maximo and SAP)

Interpretation of P&ID and electrical diagrams

Strong communication skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree or technical certification
