Job summary

NAES Corporation, a leading provider of O&M and engineering services, seeks a Maintenance Planner for the Hickory Run Energy Station to ensure reliable operation of a 1,000 MW gas-fired facility. You will plan outages, manage Maximo CMMS, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors to optimize maintenance schedules and performance.

The role emphasizes reliability improvements, safety, and budgeting collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related technical field preferred.
• Maintenance planning, procurement, or supervisory experience in a power plant or similar environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) for work orders, history, inventory, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans for turbines, HRSGs, generators, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate major outages and schedule resources using Microsoft Project.
• Administer Maximo CMMS and maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
• Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and vendors to obtain technical support and develop scopes for RFIs/RFPs.
• Plan maintenance activities for electrical and I&C systems and ensure safety compliance.
