NRG Energy is hiring a Planner/Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance, outage, and project work for safe, reliable plant operations. The role develops work plans, estimates resources, and maintains scheduling information across plant teams and contractors.

Formación

• 8+ years of related plant experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years in a related plant role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of power plant systems and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop scopes of work, estimate manpower/materials, and identify activities to complete the work.
• Create schedules for routine and outage maintenance and projects.
• Produce documents and reports (memos, charts, graphs) for work plans.
