Job summary

NAES is seeking a Maintenance Planner for Hickory Run Energy Station, a 1,000 MW combined-cycle facility near Pittsburgh. You will develop maintenance plans for Siemens equipment, manage Maximo CMMS, and coordinate outages with operations, contractors, and OEMs.

You will lead planning meetings, track progress with Microsoft Project, and apply reliability-centered maintenance to reduce downtime while ensuring safe, compliant plant operation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience in maintenance planning, preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong knowledge of combined-cycle power plant equipment and controls.
• Proven ability to manage outages and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance plans and schedules for gas turbine, HRSG, generators, and electrical equipment.
• Lead maintenance planning meetings with operations, maintenance, and vendors.
• Plan and coordinate major outages using project management tools.
• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance and inspections.
• Drive reliability improvements through RCA and RCAM.
• Establish maintenance priorities and contingency plans for outages.
• Plan maintenance for electrical and I&C systems.
• Complete Management of Change documentation.
• Coordinate contractor work and field projects.
