Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks an Instrument Technician I, II, or III to inspect, test, service, and install instruments in a power station. You will locate defects, report findings, and replace parts while maintaining documentation and supporting project upgrades.

The role requires assembling and interpreting drawings, performing preventive maintenance, and potentially leading teams. Availability for overtime, days, nights, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or related technology with 0+ years (I) or 3+ years (II) or 5+ years (III) industrial experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ (I) to 7+ (III) years of related experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, service, repair, configure, calibrate, and install indicating and control instruments in a power station.
• Lead control system upgrade projects and document configuration drawings.
• Train and guide less experienced Instrument Technicians when needed.
