Dominion Energy seeks a highly skilled Instrument Technician I, II, or III. Inspect, test, calibrate, and install indicating and recording instruments in a power station. Lead control system upgrades and train junior technicians, while maintaining drawings and documentation.

Strong problem-solving, ability to read drawings, and a valid driver’s license are required, with on-site work at the location noted in the job post. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot diverse instrumentation and control components.
• Follow configuration drawings for installations and repairs.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license for site travel.

Responsabilités

• Inspect, test, service, repair, configure, calibrate and install instruments (flow meters, gauges, thermometers, regulators).
• Locate and report causes of instrument fault, replace parts as required and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lead small control system upgrade projects and train less experienced technicians.
• Maintain drawings and configuration documentation for instrumentation.
